First, make sure your nails aren't too sharp. Trust me, I've been there and done that and instantly regretted my stupidity. I personally don't do direct contact to masterbate and just do it over my underwear, which I don't know if I'm the only one who does that but it works. You may not get it the first time but just keep trying. Don't be too rough......
