No it depends on you. But be careful of sensitive topics such as rape, depression suicide and other topics that may influence you. Also don't be scared of people, just read a lot then you will understand it deeply cause for me (a 15 year old fudanshi) I started reading yaoi 8 years ago so I gained a lot of knowledge and understand most of the books......
