if the manga/hwa is already on mangago then you go to the manga/hwas page and you should see a flag on the left of your screen (i think its the same on phone) and when you click on it, it will show you some options and i think you pick other and upload it there, but you can look for yourself.
if its not on mangago, im not to sure what to do, i thin......
