Used to I could eat anything...
When I was younger, I was the sort who could eat as much as I wanted of anything and not gain a single pound but now. It's a little different now. After my first pregnancy that changed. I gained 20 pounds more with the next. I'm not 'fat' now, but I'm definitely heavier than I ought to be and it doesn't want to come off. Something in my metabolism has changed and now I have to watch what I eat. Kinda wish eating healthier when it didn't matter had been a little more important so it wouldn't be quite so foreign a way of thinking now that it does. A lifetime of bad habits is hard to break away from. A little different mindset when I was younger would make this stage of my life a little easier.
