Realism.
The thing I hate the most is when they stick to old yaoi cliches with ukes who look 12 and sex that is overly erotic. I despise unnecessary sexualisation, or just unnecessary sex that makes the mangaka look horny and desperate to draw yaoi.
I also really appreciate slow and genuine developments in relationships, with worries that guyxg......
