look back on when you first started. what was the trigger? the turning point where everything just kept going down. When did school stop being fun/enjoyable? No tips on getting motivated, just trauma. I got traumatized into staying in school and never missing a day because when you miss one class you basically have this gap in your knowledge that you cant fill because you're lazy (which I was and clearly you are since you're skipping school).
