Is smoking a valid ick

I think it’s totally valid actually quite a lot of people get the ick from smokers. I personally get the ick anytime a man opens his mouth.   1 reply

All (unhealthy) addiction should be a ick. Smoking. drugs. overeating (obesity). alcohol Furthermore, smokers are selfish. They not only harm themselves, but passive smoking harms those around them as well.   reply

I will only ever find it "hot" in anime boys. In real life, no, I hate it. It's terrible for your lungs, hurts other people (second-hand smoke), and just grosses me out.   reply

100% valid. It used to make uncomfortable bc trauma too, although I've worked through it tbh my main reason as of now hit me when my gf at the time gave me her hoodie and it didn't smell *like her*, it just smelled like smoke (ㆆ_ㆆ) I cant live knowing that you just smell like that and that smell is sticking to me when we're close   reply

It's 100% an ick for me , like i HATE it with every fiber of my being i'm very sensitive to pollution and smoke (so much for living in a metropolitan T^T) so every time someone smokes near me i can't breath it feels like i'm suffocating not to mention my grandfather died from multi organ failure due to excessive smoking!!!! yes because it could become an unhealthy addiction, i remember trying my classmate's vape in 7th grade and it left this smokey taste in my mouth that's also sort of minty and the smoke that came out of mouth was kinda surreal. i wouldn't say it was terrible but it definitely isn't something i would want to try again. my classmate also told me i sho......   reply

My dad was a chain smoker and I smoke weed every once in awhile and listen to music. ( Like once a month) and most people don't know I smoke and I never smell. I think it is a valid ick but I have a question, I don't smoke nic products ex vape/cigs and if no one can tell or smell it on me is it still an ick? Just curious.   reply

For sure it's a valid ick. Also smokers don't seem to realize that if they smoke often enough and long enough, they will stink. The stench of whatever they are smoking will not just cling to their clothes, but their bodies and their environment as well, and no amount of washing will get rid of it.
