4chan is notoriously famous for the worst things because there was little to no moderation and everyone could post whatever they wanted, but people forget the insane impact it has on internet meme culture, the origin of the word "sauce" as a substitute for source (the story is pretty funny), wojacks, pepe the frog, those old spiderman cartoon memes......   reply

If you have Réddit, go to r/greentext and related subreddit, they have posts from 4chan. It's similar to any other social media, but most similar to Reddit, it's just that moderation there was less and so you would find some questionable shit there   reply
