I usually lay out what we can do, if the others are into the work (as they should) they add their own perspective and we keep piling ideas over that. When we're between multiple options, everyone defends their idea and we vote it out Also this is more of a texting situation, I think just setting time to meet up and talk is more counterproductive G......   1 reply

Idk how you think/feel but my biggest advice would be to do your best to let go of wanting to be liked by your teammates, or even wanting to like them and get along with them. luckily my groups this semester were like zero meetings, we just messaged each other through our school's software;;;; and in the past some ppl just used email and maybe listened in via zoom for one meeting and it worked fine;;; but yeah if its mandatory all i can do is just do my job and mind my business   reply
