depends really? If the plot makes sense or if they're adoptive siblings then sure I'll give it a read. I haven't seen that many around tho and I don't actively seek out those types of manga
I'm an only child so I don't really get the heebie jeebies about "what if it was my sibling?" or something so I don't really care.
