I’m never not listening to music. My music never fits the mood of the shit Im reading though. I’ll be listening to rage against the machine while reading fluff and folk (fairytale type shit, like ‘i live in a cottage in the middle of the woods’) while reading the darkest most depressing stories.   reply

sometimes i do, sometimes i don't. usually, i keep the radio (bc having to pick songs or playlists is too annoying) running in the background so that my place doesn't feel too quiet but i'm fine either way... there's always a catchy chorus of some random song playing in my head almost all the time anyway :')   reply
