i try to read official translations when i can—my library has a good selection and all us residents can access the japan foundation’s collection on libby after filling out an online form. if i really enjoyed a series, i’ll buy the books (either on sale or used tbh). my parents would kill me if i bought bl, but something like the summer hikaru......
