Question
Our pet gave birth to 5 puppies on 14th Feburary and one of them isn't eating/drinking anything since the day before yesterday night. She drank a little milk and ate egg yesterday morning but nothing after. Jimmy (My pet's name), she also gave birth in 2023 but she wasn't able to feed them because of a problem. All of them died except two. But one of them was sick so, we went to a vet, they gave her injections, IV and she still died. After that, we had the same situation with our next puppy whom we picked off of the street because her mother wasn't nowhere to be found and she was highly malnourished, yet the same thing happened. I know some puppies aren't just gonna make it, the reasons can vary but I know. I already asked google, went to different vets several times in the past for the same situation. However, I still wanna ask here if someone else experienced the same thing but their puppy was able to make it alive?
Before I forget, yes, we gave the best care we could to them, a vet lives near us and they know our dog gave birth because Jimmy switches between our houses. And no, we don't wanna show her to a vet because if she still isn't gonna make it, we don't want to make her last moments painful with syringes inserted in her veins.
Any advice would be appreciated!
I'm not super familiar with dog breeding and puppy survival rates, but if multiple litters from the same dog keep dying, I wonder if it's a genetic problem.

I have never been in this situation, but it seems you’re trying your best! But have you tried giving them milk formula to see if they’ll eat? I recommend using a syringe or dropper to feed them (also not cows milk use puppy formula). Also try to keep the puppy warm.
