Controversial: Sag aftra is modern day mafia

Recently saw the shitstorm the vas did on the new character va who was unaware of the strike. Just to tell you I dislike hoyoverse and I’d rather not play their games because it just doesn’t get my interest now. However, it got to my fyp recently and even I, who loathes ai, found their attitude cultish. They are shaming the guy , harassing him and then forcing him to say he is not getting bullied or harassed. Sounds like a typical high school bully. Their attitude is unbecoming and worst of all: it’s okay to do it because it’s for a greater good. Yeah I thought we all against ai stealing jobs, why it feels like they just want something else out of this.
The contract clause is quite shady. They will keep non union vas that they hired but further hiring have to be a member of sag aftra unless they pay a large sum to the organization(which won’t even benefit the non sag aftra member I think). What about talented voice actors who are non members or members of another organization? They have to be forced to become sag aftra union member after a certain period of time if the game still wants to use their voice. Iirc the updates in the game is similar to a game I play (love and deepspace) and it basically takes months and then the devs release a new patch/ update. So the company will be forced to always use union members. That feels like they want to monopolize the voice acting industry. Not to mention, Genshin has adapted anti ai to all other regions so far except the english dubs. Hoyo also disqualifies ai art in art contests. Crazy situation but I’ll just say this… “Greed has always been the enemy” because what once felt like a heroic anti ai movement is now sliding in for a monopoly. idk about ya’ll opinions on this but eh, just sharing anyway.
