This is a health violation right?

So I'm sick asf... I told my manager last week and he let me off work but I told him I'm still sick and he said "can you still come in" and I said yea it's still bad but it's a lot better can I wear a mask he said yea that's fine... The thing is I work at waffle House and the orientation videos literally tell us we're not allowed to come in if we're fucking sick so like is that a health code violation? Or is it fine
