I would try limiting your sugar and salt intake and eat lots of potassium dense foods and def drinking lots of water, youre probably just bloated, which is pretty easily fixable. I also do face yoga which can help with face fat, although it takes longer to see a difference.   reply

Im also 40kg and in my 20s, my boyfriend is a bit of a gymrat and has been trying to help me gain some weight. The best option is it to fill your plate with lots of healthy fats and especially protein, obviously you can eat some carbs, especially things like potatoes, rice and pastas, but protein will addmore towards muscle weight instead of fat we......   reply
