If let's say a man doesn't want his partner to have a child but the woman refuse to have an abortion, which yeah her body her choixe but is he in the right if he wants to leave? like if he doesnt want to support the child?

I think before the start of the relationship they should already know if they want kids or not, if after all that one person decides to back out then they'll carry their cross. If the man backs out, since he can't afford protection he should be able to pay for child support. If the woman backs out, then she should be strong enough to raise the kid ...... reply

its interesting the man has to pay child support legally but if he doesnt want to pay then the mother can file a petition in court to demand child support. So in that sense do you think its right for the mother to file a petition? i mean he didnt want it and wanted her to abort. 2 reply

better than sticking around doing less than the bare minimum in an unhappy partnership (ofc still paying child support);;;; i don't "support" leaving really but i won't judge someone for it, if i were even able to be in that position i'd probably do the same... but it might be nice to check she's in touch with her support system first if they're ...... reply
