All this reminds me is how painful hyenas have it when they give birth.
But then again since female hyenas have dicks too:
Female spotted hyenas control who they mate with, and sexual coercion is impossible due to their social dominance and masculinized genitalia.
It can be a great idea too to have a female dick instead of a coochie in that sense......
