advice?

how do yall gain self discipline and consistency? I just have random bursts of energy where I can effectively get work done but then I fall into a slump for literal days. It's like a cycle. So I end up with a lot of inconsistencies, for example: studying. I'll end up having a 100 on my first paper but then I fall into a slump and end up with 40's on my second paper. I want to be an academic weapon but idk I feel like Im just too erratic. Any advice?

Make "a mood", I used to think those people saying to make an "aesthetic" environment to work in were morons but IT WORKS. It doesnt rlly have to be aesthetic, just prepare your stuff in a functional way I open my laptop, choose some music, make myself a coffee and grab a bottle of water. Sit in my favorite couch, open all the windows and app I nee...... 1 reply
