advice?

how do yall gain self discipline and consistency? I just have random bursts of energy where I can effectively get work done but then I fall into a slump for literal days. It's like a cycle. So I end up with a lot of inconsistencies, for example: studying. I'll end up having a 100 on my first paper but then I fall into a slump and end up with 40's on my second paper. I want to be an academic weapon but idk I feel like Im just too erratic. Any advice?

I feel you cause I’m in the same boat rn. Lowkey making an environment solely for studying and doing work helped for me; whether that be in a library or a separate room. If you can make study groups that would be good cause I find explaining concepts with your friends and going over practice problems made it all the more enjoyable too. Last thing...... reply
