Is it possible that there weren't actually more serial killings but most to of killers from those decade got famous? no internet, people tended to act more familiar with strangers, so many people hitchhiked, the hippie movement made travelling in groups popular, and people were generally less guarded too ig? so many more reasons too but the biggest is probably lack of tech and awareness   reply
