that boring ass plot style where they show the ending or a major plot point in the first chapter and the MC goes "how did I get to this point..." then immediately flashbacks like 2 years or something and the flashback is the story. it killed off all the drama, any surprises, potential plot twists, EVERYTHING. fuck those first chapter moments fr
