PLEASE HELP OMFG KILL ME

I had a nightmare where my grandpa is trying to wife me up and acting like we're lovers. I've never felt so fucking disgusted by my own dream istg. I've always had vivid dreams I HATE THAT I HAVE IT NOW bc I CAN CLEARLY REMEMBER HOW HE INTIMATELY TOUCHED ME and now I'm just fucking scared that the dream is gonna happen again and I can't sleep.

Bro take me out of my misery, I can't tell anyone ab it too since it's JUST TOO FUCKING WEIRD BRUH. WHO TF GETS ASSAULTED BY A FAMILY MEMBER IN A MFKING DREAM. I fucking hope it's not my subconscious mind telling me anything. I'm get a pit in my stomach and goosebumps everytime I think ab it. SOMEBODY PLEASE HOW DO I FUCKING THROW THIS MEMORY OUT.
