Oh god, that sounds horrible.. Try to stay calm as you can, and contact or talk with a close friend, or a relative you always talk/w. Or anyone aware of this. Or lile stay at a friends house or any relative that is willingly to help. Also try bringing some weapon with you, like a small knife, or anything that you can use to defend yourself. Always bring your phone with you, and like turn audio record on, all the time so when he find you, you could use that audio record as evidence. I genuinely hope you're okay
