Oh god, that sounds horrible.. Try to stay calm as you can, and contact or talk with a close friend, or a relative you always talk/w. Or anyone aware of this. Or lile stay at a friends house or any relative that is willingly to help. Also try bringing some weapon with you, like a small knife, or anything that you can use to defend yourself.
