My small wins that I'd like to share. I just finished my teaching demonstration last Thursday and got congratulated 'cuz I won't be reteaching. Proud to say that I'm clean for 6 months now. I got rid of my gaming and gacha addiction (literally deleted genshin, ml, hsr, hok, wuwa) and it's been almost a year since then. Has finally learned to say NO......
