lot's of coffee the disassociate that's what i do i spend the whole day bouncing off the walls numb to everything around me it's great til i get dizzy but i just eat a lot of sugar and drink MORE coffee when that happens   1 reply

honestly start with not touching your phone or any devices and just go on about your day, you'll stop being si dependent on objects and think more for yourself but at the same time your head can kind of shut off, it especially hits when you're about to sleep   reply
