am i the only one?

i am dizzy so this might be an uneducated and oversharing think to say since i can't function but... passive suicide... am i the only the one who doesn't eat, doesn't use the bathroom, doesn't drink water, never wears a seatbelt, likes to over work myself, never visits a doctor unless i'm forced because i don't wanna be here?
