What's a food you want to try at least once in your life?

A high-class beef. Like top-grade wagyu. But I will more likely be able to satisfy my deep curiosity over rattlesnake steak. We do the roundups here in Texas, but I’ve never been to one and I am so very morbidly curious about the taste of rattlesnake.   reply
