I think that is a disgusting thing to say. If I was sexually assaulted, I'd probably try to kill myself, but that doesnt mean its better if you died if you were assaulted. That's retarded. Source: was SA'd by 2 diff people in the span of 1 year when I was younger, and now a handful of years later I'm completely fine & thriving actually. Living a very happy and chill life. It's an awful experience to go thru, but it doesn't have to ruin you forever.   reply

Sa is similar to any other assault, it can have long term negative effects and trauma that lasts a lifetime but that doesn’t mean your life is diminished to nothing, you are not your trauma   reply
