i was in the exact same position last month. broke up with my fiancé who i'd been w for 4 years. his shitty friends were covering for him too.
i know how badly this sucks, like all those years were for nothing, all that trust js gone in an instant.
it's hard to put that behind you, i'm still trying too icl. but......
