as an ADHDer & someone studying / working in healthcare, there is no legit free ADHD test but I'd start by looking up "adults with ADHD" and reading up on articles to see how it shows up in adolescents/young adults & what you can relate to. No honestly, i study also psychology aswell and rn our topics is about ADHD and that stuff and you won't ever find one thats actually accurate because ADHD is different for everyone and most go unnoticed even. Get diagnosed by a professional if you can. If you live somewhere with free healthcare, definitely take advantage of that. My sister spent close to a year trying to get her son an appointment for testing. He did get diagnosed with autism and a strong possibility of adhd. Totally worth the wait imo.
