I don't go to the gym but sometimes when I feel like I consumed way to much sugar I go to a nearby savannah/field and do 5 - 10 laps. I got in this habit bc I used to fo track and field, and I use to run a lot as a kid. It also helps with stress tho it just transfers to your legs.   reply
