I don't go to the gym but sometimes when I feel like I consumed way to much sugar I go to a nearby savannah/field and do 5 - 10 laps.
I got in this habit bc I used to fo track and field, and I use to run a lot as a kid.
It also helps with stress tho it just transfers to your legs.

100 pushups,
100 squats,
100 sit-ups,
10km run
If I'm being serious for a second, I can only do half of that. And when it comes to pushups, I can only do 25 of them in one sitting before being completely exhausted reply
I don’t go to the gym but I work out at home, walk two mile in 26 minutes, push-ups, planks, Russian twist, I have weights so I use those, I also have Pilates material, squats, hip thrust. I’ve lost 8 pounds so far:) reply
My every weekday exercise is walking through the stairs of our school buildings and walking home at the end of the day. An everyday exercise(if I'm not too tired) is walking or running with my dog. :> reply
