Honestly, genuinely incestuous relationships are really only truly dangerous when you're at the directly related level (mother-father) etc etc. Even first cousins only have a minor increase in genetic defects and I mean minor.
It's just socially unacceptable.
Which tbh, if you didn't know, that's just happenstance.
