Okay! Whatever organ you got suddenly vanishes without a trace from your body! How's that going for you? Going to die immediately? Going to die slowly? Going to maybe survive if you can make it to the hospital quick enough? Going to...be totally fine!? Or are you perhaps already missing that organ?!?!
