Heavily depends on what their evil deed was.
Some things are forgivable. Others should never be forgiven, for any reason whatsoever.
There are many things I can forgive, even bad things if there was rhyme or reason to it for the person.
But you best believe I would personally tear some people to tiny pieces for specific wrong doings, while active......
