story turn offs?

stiff as 2D characters that literally have no personality and are js "nonchalant " or "cold" like bruh at your big age you dont know how to communicate and this isnt even with like a stranger or some shit its your legit partner like......ive seen cardboard cut-outs with more personality than this...and it mostly in romance like pls...im begging you......   reply

Children : - I don't want to see kids between 2 sex scenes - I don't want to see adults in children's bodies except very rare exceptions - And if children are the main characters you can be sure that there will be questionable moments or that it will be the most generic and boring story ever created   reply

for stories in general (cuz I'm reading like a lot of novels now, too), it's when they introduce a character then all of a sudden casts them aside, as if they never at all existed. I think this happens when the author introduces characters as plot devices rather than an actual people. like in a manhwa for example, they'd dedicate an entire chapter ......   reply

No plot. Stuff keeps happening and new villains keep appearing, but there's no sense of direction with where the story is heading.   reply

When a story is too happy. Don't get me wrong, I like it but if it's a long novel story instead of an one shot or a short one, I might be turn off.   reply
