Sometimes people dont know what to say but they care and uses it, i dont have a problem with it unless you dont even actually read anything and just give that to me without reading the "heartfelt message" and slightly tampering it. I use it for that reasons sometimes but just cause to me PERSONALLY they wouldn't always mean "they're soulless"......
