Thoughts on chatgpt?

I like using it when I need inspiration, but then I take whatever it spits out and make it my own. It should only be used as an inspiration to kick off ideas, not as the idea itself.   1 reply

I graduated before gpt came out so I can tell you that you do not need it to write. I’m really worried aboutyoung people using these tools since they won’t be able to think for themselves. I’d rather have a heartfelt message with errors that some thing a soulless machine made   2 reply

I'm using it for language help and translation because it's much better at understand context and intention than google translate.   1 reply

First I write the draft myself then I use AI to improve (for essays and all). But for emails, messages I don't use AI.   2 reply

I don't think the issue with chatGPT is someone using it to write the message. You CAN make it sound like you if you know how to work around it and how to teach it. If someone spent THAT much time just to get chatGPT to write me a message because they had no idea, I wouldn't mind, because it still takes time and they are still editing it. The is......   1 reply
