Hey! I suffer for anxiety attacks and what I do is listen to music with earbuds on or without or if I’m in the comfort of my room or the living room (alone), I would do some yoga and/or guided meditation. I'm prone to panic attacks from my anxiety. Usually to self soothe I listen to music with my ear buds in so I can have it as loud as I want and huddle under my blanket for a while. If I'm outside my home I try to find a quiet place to listen to music and re-figure out how to breath. Hope this helps!   reply

Hello! I suffer from terrible anxiety, and what I normally do is listen to whatever music sounds the most relaxing and put on a show/movie that I know I really like. If you have any pets (and you like animals), I would suggest sitting by them and petting them for a bit (it actually helps lower blood pressure!). You got this!!   reply
