Factcheck me on this, but I'm pretty sure I heard from somewhere that nobody is born without an x chromosome. There are variations like XX, XY, XXY, XXXY and XYYY (XX and XY being the most common), but I've never heard of a case where someone has only Y. Edit: I googled and I seem to be correct   1 reply
