Would you just go with it if people kept thinking you were neurodivergent?

I have major social anxiety, procrastinate to a disgusting degree, and find it hard to clean up after myself. People keep thinking I have ADHD and/or autism when I'm actually just a weird neurotypical (I can relate to visible/external ND features but not to how their brains work). If you were/are in my shoes, would you correct people or just let them think you're ND?

I would correct them. Not only because it would create false expectations and the person maybe would try adapting to the supposed neurodivergency in a way that isn't fair to you, but also because it could create false expectations for the person how that ND may look like.
