Would you just go with it if people kept thinking you were neurodivergent?

I have major social anxiety, procrastinate to a disgusting degree, and find it hard to clean up after myself. People keep thinking I have ADHD and/or autism when I'm actually just a weird neurotypical (I can relate to visible/external ND features but not to how their brains work). If you were/are in my shoes, would you correct people or just let them think you're ND?

i’m actually neurodivergent and diagnosed with a shit ton of stuff. Personally it really depends on if you want to or not. I feel like it’s no one’s business besides yours.
