Pls tell me it ain't just me

I am so confused af at my situation now.. because I didn't even realize it until yesterday, so I am what you call a quiet person in class I always wear a mask and I rarely take it off, when I'm wearing a mask Im always quiet and I rarely speak.. but now this week I never wore a mask cause it's annoying to buy one everyday. When I don't have a mask on, I seem to speak more and more, like I do in home, I am genuinely confused its like I'm a different person if I wear a mask
