Double dream

This is really weird though, i was having a dream inside a dream, at first it was just me dreaming abt deciding to on what position do i want to sleep then i was just looking at the window and thought “ah its been a while since i watch a horror movie” then i dreamed about me in a horror story that ive watched it feels real though i know what’s going to happen it still feels scary, and so i woke up feeling super confuse and if it’s lucid dream why wont i just think about being in japan instead
