I don't think it should be more or less popular, wish it was as popular as BL but i can't force people to like what they don't.
But i think it's very telling that GL is wayyy less popular. Like chicken said, it reeks of misogyny. The amount of women I've met that straight up refuse to read GL because "I don't like it". Honestly it's also kinda hom......
