Maybe drawing? But you should keep in mind that expecting to draw well in the beginning will only make it a miserable experience. You can never get better at drawing if you dont continue to practice. I have a weird one, but I like to cut paper while watching TV or listening so music. Been doing that forever and it's calming my mind and making me feel relaxed Or you could start some shows and movies or read some books (like you can find anything with books) or go walk in nature (if it's possible in your area)   reply
