is your laptop old? if yes, then its probably the windows system overheating it. Mostly, if not all, old pcs struggle to run windows, especially if its windows 10 and above. If you use this laptop only for things that would not necessarily request using an system windows, you should give any simple linux distro a try. I only use my laptop for watch...... reply
