i literally swore up and down i had it saved somewhere but apparently i was wrong

TLDR; tattooed mafia guy + doctor from the city

its a short manga, maybe 5 or 6 chapters. it was of a doctor who moved to the countryside in japan (i remember he talking about kyushu dialect?) because something traumatic happened back in the city (which ended up being that one of his patients unexpectedly died, he was studying to become a cardiologist and this patient’s heart just suddenly stopped and ended up dying, he got lowkey traumatized by what happened and his boss relocated him to the countryside so he could take on more chiller cases/patients) and he ended up meeting a mafia guy at night, because he was put even though the villagers kinda “warned” him that he should not be out at night because these mafia guys are out at night. anyways, they end up hooking up obviously, they kinda like each other, this mafia guy even gave him a tour of the city at night on his car and the whole nine yards, then the mafia guy stops showing up, i think because he was busy taking on a higher rol on the mafia he was part of, it was dangerous and he didnt wanna expose dr. boyfriend to all of that. but one day he gets injured and one of the mafia guy’s right hand man goes to look for dr boyfriend so he can treat mafia guy’s wounds and idk i guess they got back together, i dont remember well from this point on, but the manga was almost over by then

also, background on the mafia guy: he was not fully japanese, i think his mother was from indo/philippines/chinese/thai, she came to japan to work and got pregnant by this other mafia dude who left her (i dont remember this well) and i think his mom ended up dying? but he ended up alone, and then a big dawg from a mafia group took care of him, taught him japanese, and basically was a father figure
